Every BENGYZ item is made to order, so we handle issues a little differently than a warehouse store.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at burton_juwan@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection, but if something is truly off, reach out - we review size issues case by case and want you happy in your gear.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, production has usually started and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
